“My mind is racing with the feeling in need to change the world! I have got so much out of this course. Thank you so much for your dedication to our IEC”
"Enjoyable course, the passion shown by the facilitators especially during the webinar was really inspiring and has definitely made me want to continue to reflect on myself and what changes I can make in the workplace."
“I feel it really helped me to consider many aspects of cultural competence that I have not considered before and I hope that I will be more culturally humble in the future and make little personal and system changes where it within my scope to do so. I plan to be a better advocate and friend to my international colleagues because of what I have learnt and also so have more confidence around having some of these more difficult conversations.”
